Easy Lashes by P.S. offers press-on and cluster lash products designed for easy application underneath your natural lashes.

Our lash products are intended for cosmetic use only. Customers are responsible for following the application and removal instructions provided with the product.

2. Orders

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Once an order has been placed, we will process it as soon as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is a genuine reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If an order is cancelled by us and payment has already been processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Hygiene

Because lash products are applied close to the eyes, strict hygiene standards apply.

For hygiene and infection-control reasons, opened, used, or unsealed lash products cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.

A change-of-mind return may only be considered where the product is:

• Completely unopened

• Unused

• In its original packaging

• Factory-sealed with the seal intact

Customers are responsible for return postage for approved change-of-mind returns.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

Customers should discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, swelling, discomfort, or an allergic reaction occurs.

Do not use the product if the packaging has been damaged or contaminated.

Easy Lashes by P.S. is not responsible for reactions resulting from improper application, misuse, failure to follow product instructions, or use of products outside their intended purpose.

If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please review the product information before purchasing.

8. Application

Our lashes are designed for easy, one-step application underneath the natural lashes.

Customers are responsible for applying and removing the lashes carefully and according to the provided instructions.

Do not place lash clusters directly onto the eye or waterline.

Avoid contact with the eye itself.
